Before real estate, I spent more than two decades in financial services, working directly with families on their money, their goals, and their futures. That work taught me something I carry into every transaction today: people don't just want a transaction, they want someone who will sit with them, explain things clearly, and actually listen.

I lived in Miami for years before moving to Clermont, so I understand Florida from more than one angle — the pace of South Florida and the quieter, fast-growing communities around Orlando. That move gave me a real feel for what it's like to start over in a new city, which is exactly what so many of my clients are doing.

I hold two national designations that shape how I work: SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), which means I'm trained specifically to help clients 55 and older navigate downsizing, aging-in-place decisions, and the emotional and financial sides of a later-in-life move; and CIPS® (Certified International Property Specialist), which means I'm equipped to help international buyers and investors purchase property in Florida with confidence, wherever they're calling from.

A lot of my work is with first-time buyers and with Spanish-speaking families who are often navigating the U.S. housing process for the first time. I've seen too many people spend years renting, unaware of what buying could actually do for their future — and helping people see that possibility, clearly and without pressure, is something I care about deeply. I offer full service in English and Spanish, not a translated flyer, but real conversations in whichever language puts you at ease.
